The Committee on State Building and Local Self-Government recommends that the Parliament adopts the Bill on Amendments to Article 10 of the Law "On State Decorations of Ukraine" (re Introduction of the Honorary Title "Honoured Civil Protection Worker") as a Basis and in its Entirety

The Bill (Reg. No.2103) introduces an honorary title "Honoured Civil Protection Worker", amending Article 10 of the effective Law.

The Committee members stated that "introduction of the said title will give incentives for the civil protection workers to achieve high results in the fulfillment of their duties and protection of population and territories from emergency situations".
